It is Los Angeles in the year 2040. Danny Vega is the son of the CEO of a major security systems corporation. He has a devoted following tuning in regularly to his public access TV program, where he shows film (a dead medium) from his personal collection. While at his dayjob, he prepares a special secret file which he saves as "Flynn", when he receives word that his father was aboard the company yacht when it exploded.
A distraught Danny is sent home to get some semblance of rest. He immerses himself in a VR adventure with a virtual cohort closely resembling Errol Flynn.
Unfortunately, our hero has run into a slight complication: he's just lost his left arm to a broadsword...
